Rafał presented thought-through and well-researched material on crowdsourcing. I especially liked the anecdotes and examples of this phenomenon, especially the personal anecdote at the end, which provided an unexpected „splendid” twist to the whole presentation. What would help make a greater impact on the audience is if Rafał pronounced the word „crowdsourcing” very clearly at the beginning (for about half of the speech I thought he was talking about „outsourcing”). Also I regret not having heard the last word(s) of Rafał’s speech, which, regretably, caused the closing to lose much of its impact.

Great evaluation, full of humour and very positive. Pawel has this natural talent of instantly setting up a supportive and encouraging atmosphere of evaluation.
There are specific points for improvement including vital examples.
Using pauses when laugh outbrakes prolong too much may be a good idea.
At that time Pawel used many ahs. Yet a year later I don’t notice any of those in his speeches anymore – only pauses. Congratulations!
The only room for improvement I see here is to highlight more areas that need attention. After such a strong encouragement you could easily point out few things without lowering speaker’s enthusiasm.
Sandwich type and with perfect timing. I especially liked „She has some experiences as a waitress (…) great delivery” or „bring fresh air from United States”.
Pawel, just do evaluate more often and you can become The Master Evaluator.

I hear that Hitler was an artist and once he got very frustrated and agitated when he couldn’t draw a tree and in the moment he said „I can’t draw that %^&*#@ tree, I will be a dictator!”

There’s a competing historical evidence that he didn’t look very butch and had only 1 testicle and it required becoming a dictator to compensate.
