How can I start?

There are three ways of using this site:
1. Just browsing and watching videos.
2. Watching videos and providing feedback for the speakers.
3. Publishing your own videos and getting feedback from others.

Browsing is easy and natural. When looking for some specific video you can select any category you wish in the Categories menu or search for a specific person, type of performance or a given club by selecting appropriate tag in the Tag Cloud menu. Also you can browse Archives of the site.

Giving a feedback.
Giving feedback is easy. Underneath the title of the video there is a comments section you have to click on. Then a comment window pops up underneath the video:

Now just put in your name and an email address that is required but will not be visible for others. Then share your view on speaker’s performance in the comment window and finish by pressing „Submit Comment”.

Comments are moderated and will appear on the site after being approved by the site’s admin.

Publishing you own videos.
If you want to publish your own video on tmvideos.pl firstly make sure your video is already available  on the Internet. Most of videos published on this site are stored at youtube.com, dailymotion.com and vimeo.com. Now just send an email to: admin@tmvideos.pl containing a link to your performance, your name and your club and a description of a project. Its:

- title
- name of a manual (Competent Communication, Advanced Manual)
- project’s objectives
- other necessary info you want to share

If you don’t have neccessary technical knowledge to upload your video in the Internet just send us your email and we will assist you.
